1. INSTRUKSI KEAMANAN

1. Baca dan pahami semua pentunjuk dan peringatan pada mesin dan buku manual
2. Ikuti semua peringantan dan petunjuk yang tertera pada alat
3. Alat ini hanya boleh di operasikan menggunakan kabel dan voltase listrik yang
    Sesuai jika anda tidak yakin dengan voltase yang di gunakan Tanyakan pada
    Distributor produk atau perusahaan listrik negara
4. Hanya gunakan kabel yang ada pada paket alat ini Penggunaan kabel lain
    Dapat mengakibatkan tersetrum, kebakaran atau kerusakan pada alat
5. Jangan menekan / menusukkan benda apapun ke dalam alat ini karena akan
    Merusak mesin atau mengakibatkan kebakaran/kesetrum karena kerusakan
    Sirkuit
6. Cabut dari stopkontak dan bawa ke service center kami jika terjadi hal2 berikut
    a. kabel atau colokan rusak atau terbakar
    b. jika alat tersiram cairan
    c. jika alat terkena hujan atau air
    d. jika alat ini jatuh atau badan luar rusak
7. Untuk menghindari bahaya setruman jangan bongkar sendiri alat ini
    Bawalah ke service center kami jika alat tidak berfungsi. membuka dan
    Membongkar alat ini kemungkinan dapat menyebabkan kerusakan yang
    Serius dan berbahaya untuk anda
8. Jangan gunakan alat ini jika kabel power rusak atau stop kontak rusak
    Hal ini dapat menyebabkan tersetrum kebakaran atau bahaya lainya
9. Saat ingin mencabut kabel listrik dari stopkontak jangan tarik keluar
    Pada bagian kabelnya pegang pada bagian kabel dapat mengakibatkan tersetrum
    Kebakaran atau kerusakan pada alat

2. POWER UP

Sambungkan kabel power pada mesin hitung uang ini kemudian colokan

Pada stopkontak dan tekan tombol power Alat akan berbunyi dan 

Melakukan Selt-Check dan fungsi UV menyala otomatis layar penghitung

Akan menujukan angka 0 saat unit siap digunakan

3. FUNGSI MENGHITUNG

Menghitung

Saat uang kertas sudah di letakan dengan benar pada tatakan uang atas

Alat ini akan menghitung uang secara otomatis jumlah lembaran yang 

Di hitung akan tertera di layar penghitung

Untuk meletakan uang kertas dengan benar ikuti petunjuk berikut;

Fungsi Tambah

Fungsi tambah dapat bekerja saat anda menekan tombol SELECT saat indikator

ADD menyala pada fungsi ini memindahkan uang dari tatakan uang bawah tidak akan

Mengubah jumlah lembar pada layar menjadi nol tumpukan uang selanjutnya yang di letakan

Pada tatakan uang bagian atas akan terhitung dan menambah jumlah lembar sebelumnya

Jumlah keseluruhanya lembar uang yang sudah terhitung akan ditampilkan pada layar

Untuk mematikan fungsi tambah ini. Tekan kembali tombol SELECT  untuk memindahkan

Fungsi ke fungsi pilah

Fungsi Pilah
Fungsi pilah dapat dipilih dengan menekan tombol SELECT ( indikator PRESET akan menyala )
Pada awalnya saat menekan tombol SELECT angka yang tertera adalah 100 tekan tombol FUNC
atau RESTART untuk menambah atau mengurangi jumalah pilah satu persatu. untuk mengakhiri
Fungsi ini , tekan tombol SELECT sebanyak 2 kali sampai indikator mati
Dalam mode PRESSET saat uang di letakan di tatakan atas mesin ini akan mulai menghitung dan
Akan berhenti jika jumlah yang di hitung sudah sesuai setelah pilah
Untuk menghitung kembali dengan setelan fungsi pilah yang sama angkat uang dari tatakan bawah
Mesin ini akan memilah tumpukan uang selanjutnya
Jika ingin tetap menggunakan fungsi pilah tanpa mengubah jumalh preset tekan tombol RESTART
Jika jumlah lembar uang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah pilah yang sudah kita atur layar akan
Menampilkan jumlah dengan lampu berkedip-kedip
Saat menghitung dengan deteksi UV mesin akan berhenti secara otomatis jika mendekteksi uang
Palsu. Fungsi ini akan berjalan kembali jika uang palsu tersebut sudah di pindahkan dari tatakan
Bawah kemudian tekan tombol RESTART
   

4.MENDEKSI UANG PALSU

Mendeteksi dengan ultraviolet (UV)
Fungsi UV secara otomatis akan menyala saat mesin dinyalakan pertama kali
Fungsi ini juga dapat dinyatakan dengan menekan Tombol FUNC
Jika mesin mendekteksi uang palsu pada saat menghitung mesin akan berhenti
Dan mesin akan berbunyi layar akan menunjukan kode error uang yang berada
Tumpukan paling atas di tatakan bawah berarti uang palsu jumlah yang di hitung
Tidak termasuk uang palsu ini . angkat uang palsunya dan mesin akan melanjutkan
Penghitungan uang

5. ALARM TANDA UANG PALSU

Saat uang palsu terdekteksi proses menghitung akan berhenti dan mesin akan berbunyi
Layar akan menunjukan kode ERRor uang yang berada di tumpukan paling atas di tatakan
Bawah berarti uang palsu jumlah yang di hitung tidak termasuk uang palsu ini angkat
Uang palsunya dan mesin akan melanjutkan perhitungan uang

7 . MENYESUAIKAN TATAKAN UANG

Tatakan uang bagian atas dapat disesuaikan ketebalanya dengan menyesuaikan sekrup

Di bagian belakang mesin ini

Lankah
Kendurkan sekrup protektor menggunakan obeng
Putar searah jarum jam sekrup adjustor untuk mengkencangkan
Tatakan uang atas

Putar berbalik arah jarum jam sekrup adjustor untuk mengendurkan tatakan uang
Setelah selesai dan  proses penghitungan uang lancar , kencangkan kembali sekrup
Protektor menggunakan obeng 

Jika langkah ini tidak berhasil mengatasi masalah saat menghitung uang segera call
Teknisi supaya cepat di atasi

8.  PERAWATAN : 

Jangan mengoperasikan mesin hitung uang ini di area dimana temperatur sangat tinggi

Atau kelembaban sangat tinggi karena dapat merusak alat saat mesin tidak di gunakan

Dalam jangka waktunyang cukup lama , cabut kabel power dari stopkontak

Jangan gunakan mesin ini di bawah panas langsung

Bersihkan debu dari alat ini secara berkala saat mesin tidak menyala dan tidak di sambungkan

Ke listrik

Jangan gunakan mesin ini di area dimana resiko terkena air atau cairan lainya

Cabut mesin ini dari stopkontak jika ingin di bersihkan jangan gunakan cairan pembersih

Atau semprotan pembersih Gunakan kuas atau kain lembab untuk membersihkan

A. Preface
Tank you for purchasing our VT 380 Counting Machine. This manual provides detailed information on operations and safety precautions. Please road this manual thoroughly before operating this machine.



B. Safety Precautions
To make sure the machine works properly and to extend machine service life, please take note of the followings:
1 There should be space larger than 12cm around both sides and back of machine body when located;
2. Do not expose the machine to the direct sunlight;
3. Make sure the power supply connection is the correct voltage;
4. The operating environmental temperature ranges from 2 degrees centigrade to 40 degrees centigrade and the humidity is below 90%;
5. Altitude should be below 1000m;
6. It works in the condition where there is no inflammable and erodent material arounffMachine can be customized according to client's special demand under extreme environment.

. E. Function & Operation Procedures


11. 1. Function
(1) Check Mode----The default setting is 100 sheets.
(2) Free Mode----You can count banknotes freely between 1 and 200 sheets.
(3) Batch Mode----You can preset the number of banknotes and count within the range (Numbers 0 and 200 can not be set)
(4) Accumulation Mode----Accumulate the counted results
(5) Counting speed selection----Four speeds are available.



2. Operation Procedure

Turn on the power switch, put the banknotes into the banknote stop plate. When the notes touch the trigger, the machine will start to work.


(1) CHECK mode (CK)

The mode provides an exactly 100 sheet counting. The holder will open automatically when countings reached. The holder will clamp banknote if counted notes are more or less than 100 pieces , and the RESET indicator will flash and alarm to warn the operator.
Select CHECK function:

• When the power is turned on, machine will be set to CHECK function (The default mode on booting can be set in debug mode).

• If in the other function, press the CK button (or press the Mode button to switch to CK mode), machine will be into the CHECK function and CK indicator will be lighted.
When it is in CHECK mode:
• LED (CK) indicator will light up
• The input panel will be locked
• If amount counted is less than 100 sheets, you will need to press the RESET button to open the clamp plate set once counting is done as it will not open automatically.



(2) FREE mode (FR)

Within the range (200 max), the machine can count any number that you would like to set. Once Counting is completed, the holder will open automatically.
Select FREE function:
• Press the FR button. Machine will be set to the FREE mode and
FR indicator will light up.
When it is in Free mode:
• LED (FR) indicator will be on
• The input panel will be locked
• Once counting is completed, the Clamp plate set will open automatically.


(3) BATCH mode (BH)

Within the range (200 max), you can preset any batch number. When counted number is equal to preset batch, the machine will stop immediately and the Clamp plate set will be clamped.
The RESET indicator will flash on and the buzzer alarms will sound until the RESET button is pressed.
Select BATCH function:
• Press the BH button, machine will be set to the BATCH mode and BH indicator will light up. When in BATCH mode:
• LED (BH) indicator will light up
• The input panel will be locked


(5) Select the counting speed

The machine has four speeds: 2.5sec/100sheets, 3sec/100sheets,
3.5sec/100sheets, 4sec/100sheets Select the counting speed:
• Turn on the power switch, and press "Clear" then "9" in succession when the LED is fully lighted. The machine should then go into the debug mode. Use the "3",   buttons to set the speed. Press
"RESET" to save the changes and quit the debug mode.
When it is in this mode:
• LED is not lighted.
• Press "3" to select speed 4s/100sheets then the last digit of LED will be "0".
• • Press "6" to select speed 3.5s/100sheets then the last digit of LED will be "1
• Press "9" to select speed 3s/100sheets then the last digit of LED will be "2".
e Press "0" to select speed 2.5s/100sheets then the last digit of LED will be "3".

F. Notice:

1. The supplier will not be responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized maintenance.
2. Please make sure all parts listed on the packing list are in the package.
3. If any damage is caused by improper transportation, please contact the supplier immediately.
4. The 5 poles of the sucking head and the filter of the vacuum pump must be cleaned periodically.
5. The maintenance must be done by authorized technicians.
